The simplest way is to follow Leoforos Knossou up to ~500m before the hospital. There is a Shell gas station on the right and just after the Shell turn right towards Fortetza. Follow the main road all the way through Forteza (the road is getting very narrow at some point) and continue until you reach node#8 on the left side of the street.
You can also try routing from BIG G.
